CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are generally possible as long as your order has not yet left our warehouse. Please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles Ca. Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (PST) are dispatched on the same working day, later orders are dispatched on the following working day.

SHIPPING SERVICE 
We consistently update our shipping methods and seek to provide the best possible rates. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number. Please note that the status of your shipment will be updated on the evening of the order day at the earliest.
